Woke up in Luang Prabang and was craving carbs like nobody’s business.. I didn’t exactly have a choice in breakfast locations but getting this rice was definitely a win for my mouth! I think this is the best fried rice I have ever had in my entire life. (That’s a lot of fried rice fyi.) It’s wonderful when the food can be beautiful AND tasty.
