Delicious spread made by my grandma! SO yum every year. I love being able to eat her food. I can’t wait for Noy to come and eat some good ol’ country cooking next Thanksgiving.
I decided to keep my plate small to leave room for desert!! OMNOMNOM!
As is customary in the South we had both Pecan Pie (Peekahn for the uninitiated..) and Pumpkin pie. The best ever!
I thought I’d enjoy a little pie with my whipped cream… I was happy to find that the cream was relatively healthy.
And of course the Chef (left) and her assistant
looks so yummy!!!! yak kin yak kin,

Kudos!! Great Holiday spread!! With the small ovens here I felt fortunate to do up a couple small roast chickens and a double foil roll of roasted veggies to the side of the chickens. Mashed potatoes on the stove top and the traditional (as my husband calls it) can of "perfect cranberry sauce". Jealous of your family's dinner and can't wait until I have a normal sized oven that doesn't differ in temp by +/- 20.
