I can only guess at what these are. Based on some food I've eaten at a market before, I think they are a kind of coconut-custard snack. I think I'll have to get Noy to help me figure these out.
Oh man, Yam chips beat Banana or Potato chips ANY day of the week! At first I thought it was bacon. Believe me, it was an easy mistake to make on a bright, sunny afternoon.
