This Nazims was one of the first restaurants I ever reviewed. I look back at the pics and cringe. I feel that I’ve learned a lot about taking photos since then.. This was my last time visiting Nazims before leaving Vientiane and it was definitely better than the first time. Chicken Tikka Masala is sort of impossible to ruin (so far).
I saw two breads on the menu that I thought sounded better together: Butter Naan and Mint Naan. I asked for Butter-Mint Naan. Yep, it was that awesome!
Vientiane seems to have these “Masala Pappadams” that I haven’t had at Indian restaurants in other countries. It is a normal pappadam with a onion, tomato cilantro relish with some other spices. Pretty good but hard to eat and not make a mess.
Noy’s favorite Indian food is Tandoori Chicken. Check out this pic of us when we were here.
I enjoyed going here with you and I really miss good Indian food now that I'm back in America. Great pics, by the way. I really like the look of the naan bread.
