I think the Fried Rice in Laos lacks some of the “Wok Hai” that American or Chinese fried rice has. A lot of that has to do with the common usage of non-stick cookware. Still tastes great though.
Always served alongside fried rice in Laos is a small soup and some Fish Sauce with Chilis. Yum!
The best though, was the Pad Thai! SO delicious and a HUUUGE portion size!! Noy and I could split one of these, that’s how big it was. If you ask for mint check for caterpillars..
The name of this restaurant is after the husband of the Owner. SO sweet. There is also massage in the back.
